Was this last night Chris...?

We had a massive outburst last night : KP 8 or over 900nT according to my app.

Thats the highest reading i've seen by a long way.

Sadly wind and rain were the main feature in Derbys sky's last night.

Nice capture by the way....!

Chris : here's a screenshot of my aurora app last night / early morning.

Quite literally off the charts.

Thanks - from my perspective this translated to the aurora reaching from 20 degrees above the horizon to Polaris ( at its peak). Quite a sight
