Calibration exposure times

Hi folks. So with my DSLR, flats were taken in "A" mode, dark flats copied the flats exposure time and bias were the shortest exposure time on my camera (1/4000). How does it work with an astro camera?

Flats your looking for 1/3rd of histogram , trial and error depending on your light  scource brightness , Try and get at least 1 sec for cmos sensors (lrgb) duoband you may be nearer 3 sec , I had issues with my flats recently using my Newtonian which was due to light leak issues, on my 70mm refractor I use an old Galaxy tablet , just take flat darks same exposure as flats , if you do use bias then don’t use flat darks or vice versa .
