Popular Post BAZ Posted May 27, 2023 Popular Post Share Posted May 27, 2023 I went and collected my new Helios Stellar II 25X100 binoculars today. I knew they would be big, but they are huge. Somewhat optimistically, they are supplied with a neck strap. I have mounted them on the mount and got them balanced, but took them off as full sun probably won't do them much good. Looking like a bit of cloud for a while then, whoops. BAZ Posted May 28, 2023 Author Share Posted May 28, 2023 I did Steve, and was about to bin it when I realised it all still worked after not being used for years. I am going to refurb it and get it new counterbalance weights so it looks a bit tidier. I am also going to adapt it so it will fit on the skywatcher tripod so it will be a bit more portable.
