We moved westward a bit to try and evade the light pollution from Ripley direction. There still was a bright source of LP to the NW, but even given that, we soon started to pick first a green, and then a distinct red tinge. I think there was the start of dewing on the lens in this shot. Slowly faded and we tried near Wirksworth, but by then it had all but gone. Could you see anything with the naked eye, or was it a case of the cameras sensor seeing what you couldn't ?
