An object i've never seen before, but one i must track down.

 

Fairly bright too at Mag +8.9

 

It says its close to the NCP : did you need to use guiding ?

 

But a beautifully presented image of it - nice work 😀🔭👍🏼

I always guide regardless... What is the NCP? Do you mean Polaris? Or zenith?

Sorry, yes, the north celestial pole.

Its not actually close to Polaris, but about as far away from it as the stars of Cassiopeia are
