Filter help

There's no description of what it's supposed to do and the term "Deep Sky Filter" is somewhat vague to say the least. What does it filter exactly? No one knows. And I'm filled with suspicion cos it has that mystic word "Seben" in front of it which generally suggests "con" or "tat" or "low grade" as far as astronomy gear is concerned. Little surprise it's no longer available. At best it's a light pollution filter which you can get a proper one for around £20. :)

Just looks like a nebulae/skyglow filter to me. Gives better contrast by reducing background light and highlighting the object you're looking at.
