Doc Posted October 19, 2012 Share Posted October 19, 2012 Has anyone else had the flu jab? I had it on Thursday and my arm is really hurting at the moment, there's no swelling just aches. Daz Type-R Posted October 19, 2012 Share Posted October 19, 2012 Had mine Mick a few weeks ago (due to Diabeties) - also had the Pneumonia jab at the same time (different arms), bit achy for a few hours but not painfull. I thought you got injected with a sort of cut down version of the commonist strain of Flu, it does not actually cause flu/colds, it just produces a reaction in the body to stop that particular strain of Flu if you come into contacht with it in the future but does not cause anything?
