Those tripod legs look a bit flimsy

An early Fullerscopes short focus refractor made before Dudley brought out Broadhurst Clarksons, so early 70s I reckon. He used to makethe mk1 mounts but the focusers and other Ota accessories were sourced from Irvings from what I understand. The tripod isnt standard, it would have been supplied with a pillar mount or wood tripod, someones just chucked it on a camera tripod. 

Theres a nice set of volcano topped orthos there, I used to have a couple and they were good quality in their day

Even if it were a bargain I havent got the room mate, mind you the Mk2/3 mount is tempting
