Guest Posted December 11, 2012 Share Posted December 11, 2012 I am on business in Ghana at the moment and it is supposed to be the dry season. Despite this, there is plenty of cloud about, not to mention light pollution. I also get lots of dew on my optics. Last night, the light pollution and thin cloud were so bad that Castor and Pollux were barely visible. Most viewing sites I have abroad are quite difficult but I try to take at least some kit with me and observe and view anything I can see. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
