If you have not powered the hub down recently overnight then it is worth doing so. When switched back on it should trigger the download from Virgin. They have finally started to roll out an update to the hub from the old (V.2.36) software that has been causing dropped wireless connections. There was a beta version available to pre test and now they have issued the new s\w. The router will reboot itself when complete.
