Forty years. Technology marches forward, but the human spirit is lagging behind.

Look at Concorde, in 1969, we had a supersonic Trans Atlantic aircraft. Now we have one as quite as a mouse fart, does it on a cup of fuel and carries 500 people. Is that progress?

We have come to a point where health and safety, and petty bureaucrats have halted progress. We need someone to take up the challenge again, and make the world an exciting place again.

Maybe the commercial space ventures might do it, they have proved it can be done.  I hope it can be achieved.
