Rock Doctor Posted January 16, 2013 Share Posted January 16, 2013 I was given a meade 28mm wide angled EP the other night but the previous owner had taken it apart and wasn't sure if he had got the lenses in the correct order, the right way around and he thought that he may have slightly damaged one of the lenses. Is there anyone on the forum or does anyone know anyone that would be able to make sure that the lenses are all clean, that it is assemble correctly and if there is any minor damage whether this would effect its use for visual observing. Guest Tweedledum Posted January 16, 2013 Share Posted January 16, 2013 Hi Dave, You can probably find the configuration of the lenses on line, The shapes are reasonably easy to tollow as the type of ep has a definite configuration against each other , Kellner, Plossl etc. Chers.
