Moon from 2nd Sept 2012

Okay, so not a new image as such, but all this naff weather has given me cabin fever! So I went back and re-processed the moon from 2nd sept last year. Taken with a modded 350d on the 200p and eq5. A stack of 20 subs, stacked in Registax and processed in PS5. I have tried to bring out as much of the colour as I can without over doing it. This has meant that the image became rather noisy, so some noise filtering via Guas blur at 0.5 px has smoothed it out but lost some of the original clarity and contrast. Anyway, it's here and it's in colour, and I can aim to do better next time.

Just had a better play:

IMO much better, slightly sharper, not as noisy and managed to kill the cyan horridness.
