Guest Steve Posted February 26, 2013 Share Posted February 26, 2013 Brilliant talk tonight covering fundamental particles to quark-gluon perfect liquids, interesting facts (it would take the CERN LHC 100 million years to make the 1/2 gramme of anti-matter as per the Dan Brown book), and practical demonstration of super-conductivity with the aid of a bucket of liquid nitrogen.
