M94

Having not been under the skies for well over 3 months, I wasn't sure how everything would play - but it did.

This image was a test before a run on my intended target, M83, which is difficult for me as the Southern vista from here is reduced by trees. I was having to wait until 0130 for it to be high enough AND in a gap between 2 sycamore trees.

Needless to say the clouds rolled exactly on cue and my chance was gone.

While the scope was in that general direction I actually did some visual on Saturn  :D

So, here's my M94;

10x300s ISO 800. 9 matching darks.

Binned 2x2 and resolution reduced for posting here. It's virtually the full frame.

ED120DS-PRO, 0.85 FR, Canon 450D full spectrum, CLS-CCD filter.

Thanks for looking.

Regards.
