Well I tried! I really need to work on focussing better....but alot of images done with the MX7C look blurred to me.....anyway...my naff attempt at M51. Alot of dirt on there, dust bunnies or whatever they are called, so yeah it looks bad. Oh and a sneaky plane that photobombed in there too lol I thought I took that sub out but guess not.....

It's great to see your progress Nicky - it'll get easier and better the more you do - then you can show me how to do it lol. Nice Pic :)

Lol thanks...yeah it's a learning curve and all good. I am using low grade/old cheap kit so to get anything is a bonus I guess!

That is coming along there and it is not naff!!!  We all improve


as we go along and all images done are a point scored :D


 


Wish i could get an image  :lol:  hope to be back to it soon

Have you tried a Bartinov to help with focussing? Made a big difference to me.

Thats next on my list....then I will look into guiding etc but first I want a new CCD :rolleyes:

 

I forgot to put the info with the image ooops! This is from 14 out of 20 usable subs at 120secs each, SW150P-DS, MX7C on HEQ5pro.
