glider Posted April 16, 2013 Share Posted April 16, 2013 I have the 1.25" Skywatcher and the Baader and see no difference for the money. BAZ Posted April 17, 2013 Share Posted April 17, 2013 For visual Paul, I would suggest an OIII filter. These really bring out the fainter nebula's such as the Veil in Cygnus. M57 benefits from it as well. It doesn't work on reflection nebula's too well though as these don't emit light, so it's the wrong wave length of light.
