Tried to do a mosaic and missed some bits unfortunately, plus my chip is dirty so it ruins the picture anyway.


 


Celestron C90 on NEQ6 with Televue 2x barlow giving me a FL of 2.5m at F27.8


 


32 panels stacked in Registax 5 and then stitched together with Microsoft ICE after cropping a few pixels off each stack to ensure there were no borders between panels.

This is excellent Eddy, this could quite easily of been a wall hanger.


I do admire the dedication that goes into mosaics.

Cheers guys :) just checked microsift ice again and it says it is only stacking 27 out of 32, other panels must be too hard to align so may try fix them manually

That's awesome eddy. Get some air on the chip get rid of those dust particles :)

Wow. I haven't tried this before. If this a buck of pics 'stitched' together. How do you get the contrast and brightness etc to match for all the individual pics?
