philjay Posted April 19, 2013 Share Posted April 19, 2013 Got back tonight from an evening out and the moon was up, couldn't be bothered with setting the obs scope up so grabbed my 100+ year old 3" brass Broadhurst Clarkson refractor and had a look at the moon for an hour. Couldn't resist chucking the QHY5 on it and taking a snap, I just love the contrast this scope gives in images. So heres my shot, its a stack of 66 frames in registax, sharpened in registax and slight contrast adjustment in PS7.
