oldfruit Posted April 20, 2013 Share Posted April 20, 2013 The Moon does seem to get in the way of dark skies but i thought i would try imaging some craters tonight. I kept with the bigger well known craters as they were easy to find. Clavius, Plato and Coppernicus are the craters. All images taken with 8 inch Helios newt, Televue 3x barlow and spc900. It was just a bit breezy at wymeswold, my dew shield was acting as a sail so i had a fair amount of wobble. I told felix i'm going to win the lottery so i can build an observatory James .
