Doc Posted May 28, 2013 Share Posted May 28, 2013 Just back from Norfolk. Broke the 200 barrier with a Little Tern. Highlights were Temminck Stint, Spotted Flycatcher, Corn Bunting, and a wonderful Little Tern. Missed a Bee Eater by 2 hours, it was seen at Salthouse and we were there but left a few hours beforehand. Had four days of sunshine, a few swims in the sea, which was pretty warm by North Sea standards. Also saw loads of Marsh Harriers, and a crow diving down and catching a baby Avocet and eating it in front of the hide, the wife didn't like it but it's nature.
