I hope this contributes to feeding your appetite for the subject and helps pushes you onto the great things which I am sure await you. Don't forget us intellectually challenged ones when you are working at CERN or at NASA I only asked a limited number of people as we wanted to keep it a secret and I was worried we'd end up with more people than we 'needed', so there may well be people who feel miffed we didn't ask them; sorry to them. I used to write to Patrick Moore as a teenager and he was tremendously encouraging and inspirational, and the books he sent were so unexpected and so warmly received that I always felt I should in some part pass that kindness on; I hope my small part in this process in a way pays back that kindness Patrick gave to me [slightly moist eyes now!].
