Magellan Boy Posted January 28, 2012 Share Posted January 28, 2012 Greetings fellow Stargazers. I'm quite new to the forum posting world so be gentle with me! I'm not new to astronomy however. Been at the skies as it were for more than 30 years in one form or another. Much of that with the Derby & District Astronomical Society with whom I am very active. Also spent a while in planetary research at University College London in back in the 90s before working briefly for ESA and then a career in IT. But simply looking at the sky through a telescope rather than a computer screen has always been my enduring passion. So...hope to meet some of you soon under a dark sky...
