I haven't been on any astronomy forums for a while, as work has really taken over lately.


 


Being as it usually gets dark after my bedtime this time of year, most of my observations are solar but there's some Moon shots, constellation shots and one of Saturn and, yes, I'm hoping to get Venus but don't expect much change from June and the phase change will be barely noticeable.


 


I was quite pleased to catch all the main stars of Ursa Minor and Delphinus last night (for the first time), despite the conditions being less than perfect.
