Hi all,


 


The joy of the hyperstar is that even with the short nights we have at the momnt, you can image several things in one evening. Attached is an image of Stephans Quintet, NGC 7331 plus a couple of stray satellites. 30x 1 minutes with bias and flats:

And here's a view cropped again, inverted and identified. Theses galaxies are 280 million light years away!

Thanks for the comments. I think this one is one I'd like to re-visit without the hyperstar to get a better magnification.


 


Shouldn't wish the summer away, but roll on darker nights......
