We heard something last night at badger farm that if I had to guess at what it was that would be my bet. Don't think it was the Horncastle panther paul.. If you see one, get out the way, sharpish! philjay Posted August 31, 2013 Share Posted August 31, 2013 Wild boars make a great deal of noise, years ago we went to northern spain on hols and i took a travel scope. I was observing till about 2 o clock when there was a right racket, grunting, crashing and stuff in the nearby bushes, i beat a retreat quickly. The owners of the place reckoned it was wild boar going to drink at a nearby lake and i neednt have been bothered as they were probably more scared of me than me of them.
