'Scope refurb - some recommendations.

So my orion LX200 refurb is slowly coming along.

 

The OTA will hit the paint shop within the next few days.

 

My next questions to my informed friends are........

 

I'm after some mounting rings to replace the totally pants Orion ones. The tube DIa is approx 225-226mm. I've seen the Orion offering which have a camera mounting screw on one of the rings, but the next size up is 235mm??.... Anything else I should consider?

 

Finder 'scope brackets. i want to fit a quick release finder and am after a new scope with QR bracket. Celestron do a nice looking, illuminated RA finder.

 

 

Looking forward to completing all this and hitting wymeswold for some observing.
