red dwalf Posted October 24, 2013 Share Posted October 24, 2013 hi all,i`ve just bought a bigger mount and have this Altair Astro pier adapter for sale, it fits a Heq5 or simular mount and a celestron cg5gt i believe, it`s in excellent condition, even when i fixed it to the steel plate i but some flocking material under it to stop marks on the bottom, cost new from Altair Astro just over £80 with delivery, so if your thinking of building your own pier this could be a good purchase.for sale on here for £40 collected or £46 with postage.all the best,Rob P.S. just so you know it`s only the blue top bit that`s for sale.
