Backyard update

Just updated Backyard EOS to 3.0.2 until I get a clear night I can't tell if it's any better but the interface seems more friendly.. :)

Is it £40 as a one off payment and then as many updates as they can produce?

I had the free version but didn't find it particularly user friendly, so maybe they've addressed that.

I already had a paid version running James (v2.0.9) so downloaded a new key from them and loaded v 3.

It is without doubt the best astro software I have, use it all the time and it can do planetary (albeit not .avi's) and drift align very well.

Highly recommended if you own a Canon!

Cheers

I had a trial version probably 9 months ago. I've asked for a new trial key, hopefully with my other email account. If i get on with the new version i'll cough up for a license key.
