Guest peepshow Posted November 24, 2013 Share Posted November 24, 2013 Our power went off this morning so I phoned EON. A standard computer voice asked me to confirm our post code it gave me. I gave no imformation out al all. How did it know my post code from my phone call ? Now to my utter surprise, 4 hours later I had a call from Weston Power explaining how they had re-routed the power to get us back on line quickly and apologising for the breakdown... ............a real person apologised ! I was gob smacked about that apology in person. Just goes to show. Maybe because it helps discourage switching to other suppliers ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
