I won't say too much about this scope because I'm reviewing it for Astronomy Now. However, I set it up on our Gibraltar for a quick visual session and ran through the usual star test procedures. It was very crisp indeed and Altair's claim that the colour correction is even better than that of the 115 seems to be true, I could only tell this by being out of focus so it has no bearing on real observing, I'd say. First impressions excellent. Betelgeuse was a glorious colour, really rich. I'm waiting for some camera adapters to arrive for it and then we'll get some picures. I have a couple of guys coming to use my scopes and mounts with their cameras so I hope they will fancy giving it an outing as well.

I'm also going to be trying the finder-guider adapter they do.
