fwm891 Posted January 10, 2014 Share Posted January 10, 2014 (edited) Just got myself an Altair Astro RC8 scope and tried it out last night between showers. Scope is essentially as delivered. I did mean to check the collimation only but - well it was clear... This image is a combination of 1x900s binned 2x2 and 2x1200s unbinned. Full frame Atik 383L+ mono with Baader 7nm filter.All suffered from passing clouds to varying degrees and I had to pack away at one point due to rain before trying again.Processing has been in PI and PSHope you like Edited January 10, 2014 by fwm891 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
