Couldn't resist this. Whilst waiting for the murk to clear tonight, (it cleared for about 20 minutes then the fog came in :facepalm2: ) I had a play with the 1000d and took a couple of the rig in the murky moonlight.


 


Here it is all assembled with camera on the back on the observatory CGE mount


 


The idea was to try imaging Jupiter again tonight but weather had other ideas again

That's a great shot Phil :) weather has Been kinder to me and have just done a few runs. The seeing is terrible though so I'm not holding much hope for the results but I will persevere as it's clear :)
