M51 through fog...

I started out trying to do a set of subs for an LRGB of M51 the first two (B & L) were reasonable but by the time the R & G were finished thick fog had caused a halt to proceedings.


 


So this is: 1x1200s Luminance, 1x300s each RGB all binned 2x2. No darks, flats or bias frames - yet!


 


Colour is off

Thats agood effort considering the fog!! It's not an easy subject (I know ,I tried last Tuesday!)   :)

Thanks Ron - I think this will wait now until the moon subsides a little and I can get more contrast in the subs
