tbird Posted April 15, 2014 Share Posted April 15, 2014 As I was setting up tonight, a thin veil of cloud crept over. I had been struggling to get the exposure right to show the solar panels but not overexpose the more reflective areas, but I think the cloud helped, acting as a natural filter, taking the edge off the brighter areas. Skywatcher 300p Dob, ZWO ASI120, Televue x 2 barlow, manually tracked. I run the avi through PIPP twice ending up with a series of tiff files out of which I choose the best.
