Don’t forget our regular Shipley Park meetings that take place on the last Wednesday of the month. You’ll find us in the “Green Room†at the Shipley Park Visitor Centre, Slack Lane, Heanor, Derbyshire. Entrance is by way of the fire doors at the back of the building – just opposite the Children’s play area. Doors open at around 7:45pm. The usual astronomical banter and discussion will no doubt take place, and I’m sure several members will be hoping to show off their recent observations (drawings / photographs) etc.
