Yes and I fell asleep reading this ( i must be thick !) as this was for " simpletons"

Still seems like everyday people release things before others have verified it time and time again. Seem to remember they(someone)  thought they had slowed light down in an experiment - wow greatest thing since e=mc2 - only to find it was not true. 


 


Oh well back to the drawing board - still interesting read even if I didn't understand it 100%

Disproving a theory is still good science. The fact that this is published openly and open to review is a positive thing.

Quantitative theories are always going to be scrutinised over and over, especially in this field...hopefully lessons have been learned before making announcements.
