Guest wisewoman Posted December 9, 2011 Share Posted December 9, 2011 (edited) Hello, So I am getting a Dob Skyliner 200P delivered next week and am thinking about increasing the number of lenses I have. It comes with a 10 and 25mm and I also have 26 and 9.5mm plossl's from a Meade telescope that I currently have, I'm thinking maybe a Barlow Lens would be a good addition so that I can have a greater range of magnifications. I see that they start from just a few pounds up to expensive! My question - I don't want to pay masses so anyone what to recommned a good budget Barlow? Bearing in mind the equipment I will have, would a 2X or 3X be best? Or perhaps you can suggest another, non-Barlow, lens addition?
