BAZ Posted December 7, 2014 Author Share Posted December 7, 2014 They already began the civil engineering side of it in June this year, so hopefully there's no going back. Part of the agreement to build a scope up there, is that if and when it's decommissioned, the site has to be cleared back to how it was to start with. +RonC Posted December 7, 2014 Share Posted December 7, 2014 A friend of mine has just returned from Chile, he visited the Atacama desert and said that the biggest open-cast Copper mine in the world is causing low level dust problems there which they are trying to solve.
