Werisit Posted March 21, 2015 Share Posted March 21, 2015 I have used "Pinnacle" movie editing software. You can put single frames into it and select the duration they're shown for. Also I've used a very old version of "Paint Shop Pro" which has an animation program in it allowing you to make a movie from stills. I could post you a copy on CD if you pm me your address. Alan.
