Guest zidder Posted March 21, 2015 Share Posted March 21, 2015 I have found with the laser collimator there is quite a lot of slop in the eye piece holder and when you tighten the screws they push the collimator out of line. So what I have done is put two layers of sellotape on the shank of the collimator and it is now a perfect fit in the holder. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
catman161 Posted March 22, 2015 Share Posted March 22, 2015 That's a cool low cost mod [emoji106] If you wanted to ensure that it was perfectly central (key in collimation) to could purchase a self centering adapter to place in the focuser.
