I walk about 30-40 minutes a day, which is probably about 30-40 minutes more than many people of my age group. I can't cut my work hours or I'll be job hunting again. I think trying to balance work and other stuff is a major problem for many of us.

I'm so fat lol, no escape from the junk food around this time of year.

 

I got some really nice new balance running shoes for xmas, shame to get them dirty:D
