Been messing about again today. Refractor transportation device v1.0

Needs something to stop it bouncing out, but other than that it's all good. Inside the arcs there is some dense sticky back foam to soak up some vibration as well as saving the paint.

something like that yes, I will find just the right thing but there's no rush, I have a week and a half before I need to use it in anger. TBH it probably doesn't need anything, it's more a case of belt and braces really.

Will you pad it or don't you need to? Just noticed that looks like it's right above your wheel.

It's got some padding on the arcs. Being a van it is quite a soft ride anyway, I reckon it should be fine.

Mike will your van be ready for SGL9 ? I only ask as I think I'm on the pitch next to you and would like to get some ideas for my mobile warm room

It's going to be it's maiden outing in full battle dress ;) I made some thermal window blinds at the weekend too and she's had a quick scrub up in the passenger area :) Just need to get the rear luggage and cooking area finished off a bit more. It's usable as is though, but does need clearing out as there is a lot of odds and sods in the rear.
