I had bought a bad board so there is one left to lay on the top then I need to make a decision on how to finish the edges and do a step, but it is pretty much done now bar a bit of deck paint/treatment. Back is giving me a bit of aggro now but I am happy with how it looks and the tripod still fits and does not move at all! I work for a school as a Physics and Observatory technician, I used to be a tool maker though so I am used to being reasonably precise. Well done Mike Cheers Pete, I am reasonably happy yes, just one hole not quite as neat as I would have liked but I half expected them to look a dogs dinner so I am happy enough. The shed part is going to take a whole lot more thinking about and planning. The deck has been a couple of years in the planning stage as I thought through exactly how to do it.
