A surprising month this month, a few more clear periods than expected. It was nice to get out there under the stars again. A couple of phenomena made it an interesting one as well, Comet and Conjunction.

Just a mention of Chrisp,s sunset shot with wind turbines over the sea in the Non Astro section, lovely atmospheric shot that. If you were selling renewable energy, this is the shot you would want in your brochure.

So its been a DSO centric month this month with some cracking images but I have to choose which image/s make me go wow and the 2 that I keep going back to are:......

 

BobDobbers 10 hour M81

Great colour and superb detail and subtle processing made me go wow.

 

But the image/s that me go wow even louder than any others is Ibbos capture of the lift off Prom/flare. Fantastic stuff
